Briday Cremant De Bourgogne NV

This is an attractively soft and fruity wine, full of creamed-apple and citrus flavors. A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Aligoté, it is soft, with light acidity and an easygoing refreshing character. Brilliant pale gold appearance, fine, satiny foam bubbles, a fruity and floral nose, light and round simultaneously, vinous and subtle on the palette.

Hand-harvested, made in the Traditional Method and aged 12-16 months in bottle before release, it has a classy, Champagne-like nose of stone fruits, toasted bread and honeyed citrus to go with a rounded, fleshy, impressively textured profile on the palate. It has a vibrant mousse, building richness, and a soft, incredibly drinkable style.
