Finca Suarez Paraje Altamira Pét-Nat 2024

This Pét-Nat is a fresh and fruity expression of 100% Chardonnay from vineyards planted about 29 years ago at the Suárez family's property in the Altamira zone of the Uco Valley. Ripe white fruits dominate, with some herbal touches and firm acidity. The Chardonnay comes from a plot with very stony soils in Paraje Altamira, which gives a wine with a very interesting texture and linearity. Fresh, with good fruit and minerality.

Fermented with native yeasts in the ancestral method, with the secondary bottle fermentation lasting five months.

Paraje Altamira is located in the heart of the alluvial cone of the Tunuyan River, at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Uco Valley. Its calcareous and stony soils at 1100 meters above sea level allow for the production of fresh wines with character. Altamira is one of the places with the most history and wine culture in the Uco Valley.

Finca Suarez is the project of Juanfa Suarez and his family, where they work with two of their own farms in Paraje Altamira, seeking precise work in the vineyard to obtain healthy, top-quality fruit to be able to make minimal-intervention wines.
