Back for the first time since Spring 2023, "Snörkel" returns as one of Jester King's most unique and memorable seasonal offerings. This gose-inspired spring seasonal is a dry, refreshing farmhouse ale brewed with pilsner malt and wheat, lightly hopped and fermented to a clean finish. To that, they add 60 lbs of fresh oyster mushrooms and a subtle touch of alderwood-smoked sea salt, creating a soft salinity and delicate umami character that lifts and layers the beer beautifully. The mushrooms lend a quiet earthiness without overpowering, while the salt brightens the finish like a breeze off the water.
