"Tongueshlap" is back, lean, dry and crystal clear... and this batch slaps even harder than last year. Jester King dialed in the profile for extra slap and precision, layering crisp grapefruit pith, green mango and pine over a snappy bitterness and ultra-clean finish. Built on a base of Gambrinus Pilsner malt with a touch of Carafoam, then hit with a hand-selected blend of Simcoe, McKenzie, Mosaic, Motueka and Citra Cryo — plus a final dusting of Freestyle Motueka Hop Kief for that fresh green edge. This is West Coast IPA for folks who like their hops loud, their beer dry and their palate properly schmacked.
