Montalbino Trebbiano Toscano 2023

With an intense straw yellow color, Montalbino's Trebbiano Toscano has a fruity peach and apricot aroma, with hints of tropical and floral notes. The flavor is fragrant, taut and subtle.

Manual harvest in small crates, whole clusters pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, maturation for at least six months on the fine lees with frequent batonnages, followed by a few months of aging in bottle.

The winery is part of the farm owned by the Tinacci family since the early 1990s. In 2015, the middle son Giulio decided to dedicate himself to the vineyards of the estate.
