Modern and dry sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. A youthful and elegant blend of organic Chardonnay & Colombard with high complexity and delicate bubbles, Blanc de Blancs is matured in oak for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol. Honeyed nose, tones of crispy Granny Smith apples, honey and lime on the palate, with rich, velvety bubbles and a creamy brioche finish.
