Pertois-Moriset Rosé Blanc Grand Cru Champagne

This Rosé Blanc Grand Cru Champagne is crafted from meticulously selected Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and balances freshness and finesse with a vibrant, fruit-driven profile. The minimal dosage highlights the wine’s natural brightness. Intense freshness and minerality perfectly complement the citrus aromas, yellow cherry notes, and deep, velvety palate. Color of blood orange juice with a nose of pink Florida grapefruit and yellow cherry, freshness and velvety, the palate on a mineral frame and of great depth, an intense freshness gives way entirely to the expression of fruits cited above.

Situated in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Champagne Pertois-Moriset has been an independent, family-owned and operated grower-producer since its inception in 1951. Today, the estate is run by Cecile, the granddaughter of the original founders, and her husband Vincent. Their brut Rosé-Blanc is 92% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and 8% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, all from Grand Cru vineyards. Harvested by hand, the Chardonnay is fermented in stainless while the Pinot goes in neutral oak with its skins to make a red wine. After assemblage, the wine spends 36 months on its lees prior to disgorgement. The result is a bone dry, crisp, precise Champagne with distinctive, ripe berry and biscuity notes.
