Populis Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This single-varietal old-vines Sauvignon Blanc is without a doubt the most chilled out Sauvignon Blanc you’ve ever tasted, vinified from grapes planted in Mendocino and Lodi in the late 1940s! The green pepper has softened into a fluttering grassiness, and fruit flavors are lightly tropical: guava, key lime and lemon balm. Fresh, but giving, with lots of length and acidity. Loads of fruit and citrus on the nose and great texture and savory length on the palate.

Farmed organically, hand harvested, a small quantity of grapes macerated for five days, the rest direct press. Vineyards pressed and fermented separately.
