This lush, full-bodied Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon has all the hallmarks of a classic Cabernet, with fresh notes of plum and cinnamon, roasted coffee and fresh peppercorns on the nose. Juicy chocolate-covered cherry, espresso bean and warm spice flavors mingle with caramelized oak accents leading to a long, smooth finish. Full-bodied but never harsh or astringent, well-structured and full of flavor without ever becoming sweet or sappy. Forward dark fruit flavors with a subtle overlay of oak.
