Cerbaiona Grammatica Rosso Toscana IGT 2022

Cerbaiona "Grammatica" Toscana Rosso has a bright ruby red color, intense, fruity aromas of ripe cherry, marasca cherry, small dark berry fruits, currant, blackberry, floral nuances of violet, soft spices, Mediterranean scrub herbs, licorice root, and hints of brushwood and leather. The wine is rich, fruity, and soft on the palate, with elegant tannins and a medium persistence finish. It has a good structure, with a pleasantly dense and evolved tannic texture and ripe fruit. The palate is broad and enveloping, long and deep, characterized by a remarkable gustatory persistence and a harmonious and very balanced finish.

Made from 90% estate fruit from Cerbaiona’s Brunello and Rosso parcels. Fruit is hand-picked, chilled after harvest, de-stemmed and cold-soaked, with inert gas used to protect the must. Stainless steel vats are used for fermentation for better hygiene and temperature control.
