100% Sangiovese, Organically farmed at Oak Savanna Vineyard in Los Olivos, Santa Barbara County. Fermented with native yeasts, 50% whole cluster carbonic, 50% de-stemmed. Aged 10 months neutral French oak.

Disko's goal is to bring the old world to the new world in one of the youngest, yet “best” climates there is – Santa Barbara County. All of their wines are fermented with native yeast, minimal sulfur additions and aged in neutral vessels. High acid, low alcohol. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Beauty and simplicity.
