This is truly fruit salad in a bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe skin-contact Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Sauvignon blanc make the foundation of this aromatic crusher, followed by blending and co-fermenting small portions of every varietal the winemakers process during the vintage: carbonic and skin contact Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. Organic and dry-farmed vineyards, wild fermentation, no fining, no filtration and minimal sulfur at bottling.
