A blend of the typical local varieties Grenache (50%), Cinsault (20%), Syrah (15%) and Tibouren (15%) fermented with native yeast, this is an excellent introduction to the region and a great example of why this style of Rosé is one of, if not the most, popular each year.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll vinification is done entirely in-house by the experienced hands of Olivier Deforges. Tentations is focused on the expression of fresh fruit through its exclusive stainless steel aging, therefore it does not undergo the extensive barrel aging process of the traditional Clos Cibonne range.
