Launched by Gramona in 2015, this is a group of winemaking families who work their land biodynamically. The winemakers' craftsmen carefully watch over La Cuvee as it ages for over 30 months in the peace and quiet of their cellars.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLa Cuvee was produced with a blend of 60% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo and 10% Parellada, aged with the lees in bottle for 40 months and sold with 4.16 grams of residual sugar. It was a cooler vintage, and the wine is fresh; the dosage was adjusted by tasting, a little lower this year. It’s classical and balanced, tasty and fresh, serious, with a dry finish. The most approachable of their sparkling wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLa Cuvee from Gramona is sourced from 13 growers who are members of Aliances per la Terra, an organization established to promote organic and biodynamic farming in the Penedès.
