Fast Friends "Sup Y'all" West Coast IPA

Sup Y'all! Meet the Fast Friends house West Coast IPA. This one checks all the boxes: Fruity, Dank, Bitter, and crystal clear! If you long for the days before the "Haze Craze" took over, then this hoppy treat is for you. They started with a simple malt bill of 2-row, premium extra pale Pilsner malt, and a touch of Carahell (light crystal malt), then generously hopped it throughout the boil with classic C-hops (Chinook, Cascade), and some Citra at the end and in the whirlpool. They then dry-hopped it with some new age hops such as Idaho 7 & Mosaic for some fruit forward and dank flavors, and then some more Cascade for some classic pine/citrus character. Drinks super easy with a dry but resinous finish, tons of pineapple/blueberry/citrus throughout.
