Vista Brewing "Middle Trinity" Belgian-Style Tripel

Pours with a faint haze and a snow-whitehead. Inviting, mellow spiciness and clean vanilla malty notes make way for appropriate pear and green fruit with honeysuckle-like floral aromas. Beware, the 9.5% abv is almost undetectable.

Middle Trinity, a Belgian-style, strong golden ale, is our tribute to the Trappist monks and to Vista’s pure, limestone-filtered water. We brew all of our beers with water from our 450-foot deep onsite well, which pulls from the Middle Trinity aquifer formation. 

The recipe is brewed with a triple dose of both malts and fine noble hops. Time and patience in the fermentation process give this beer the crisp dryness that traditional Belgian Tripels should exude. Vista’s Tripel follows suit with floral and mellow spiciness, a true showcase of the complexity of well-handled Belgian Trappist yeast.
