Deep cherry red with a bright violet rim. Fresh aromas of ripe raspberries and plums, a hint of vanilla and very fine toasted notes, accompanied by a light spicy aroma. On the palate, honeyed, almost creamy tannins thanks to the American oak, fresh acidity and a concentrated structure. Lots of red and black fruit, medium-bodied and with a sublime balance.
A blend of 40% Malbec, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz CCOF certified organic grapes aged 12-months in a mix of new and second-use American oak barrels.
