Le Machin (The Thing) is a new project from Craig Winchester and Mike Roth at Lo-Fi Wines, bringing accessible, honest expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from organic vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County. Their gentle, low-intervention approach to winemaking is preserved here, and this Pinot Noir is 95% destemmed. The wine is aged in neutral French oak tanks for eight months.
