Unico Zelo "Pastafarian" Red Blend 2021

An Italian-inspired red blend from organically-farmed Clare Valley & Adelaide Hills fruit! This easygoing red is a delightful blend of Nebbiolo, Sangiovese, Merlot and Nero d'Avola. A softer expression of grapes we know can be big and bold. The Nebbiolo shines at the forefront: perfumed, blue-fruited, savory, & grippy, with hints of spice and plusher fruit provided by the other components. You’ll find notes of cherry, red plum, spice and some leather. Delicious & fun! Can you guess what you should pair this with?

Unico Zelo is a certified sustainable and vegan winery out of Australia that takes great pride in reforestation and acknowledging the First Nations people on which their winery resides. They also utilize a farming practice called Fukuoka, which was established in Japan and requires no machines or chemicals.
