Pale straw with green reflections, this wine features aromas of white peach, green apple and citrus blossom. The crisp palate offers ripe pear, grapefruit, honeydew, and a hint of petrichor, with a silky texture, lively acidity and a long, zesty finish.

100% Grüener Veltliner, organically farmed at North Canyon Vineyard in Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County, CA. Fermented and aged 11 months in neutral French oak.
