Golden hued with a delicate hint of orange, this skin contact Albariño from the Texas High Plains opens with aromas of citrus blossom, Meyer lemon, stone fruit and desert herbs. Dry and bright, it offers a complex, aromatic and textured sip, balancing fresh acidity, gentle tannin and a mineral finish. Fermented on the skins for five days to build texture and depth.
