100% organic non-alcoholic white wine made by blending unique & aromatic grape varietals from Alsace and South of France combined into a huge white floral bouquet. The grapes were carefully selected to create a special wine where aroma layers interplay with the complex mouthfeel. A wine that starts with fresh fruits complemented with citrus notes and spicies, and continues with a layered mouthfeel where freshness, roundness and minerality kick in to stay for long on the palate with tension. A playful palate of tropical fruits and pink grapefruit. Finish is crisp and mineral with a touch of sea salt.
