Extradimensional started making skin-fermented Semillon 14 years ago. Over the years these wines have been served anywhere from 3 Michelin-star restaurants to backyard BBQs where faces melted trying to process their awesomeness. Extradimensional is especially exited that 2023 is the first vintage of Semillon from the historic Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma Valley.

45 days of skin contact brings a brilliant orange hue. Aromas explode from the glass of florist greenhouses, graphite and cantaloupe-colored constellations. The juicy, textured palate has great yet gentle tannins, calling for paella, Moroccan tagines, or biriyani.
