Populis Macerated White Wine is a unique and refreshing natural wine produced by Les Lunes Wine. This "orange" wine is a blend of several grape varieties including 30% Grenache Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, 20% Ribolla Gialla, 15% Vermentino, 10% Chenin Blanc and 5% Orange Muscat, sourced from historic vineyards in Mendocino County, California. Its Grenache Blanc, Ribolla Gialla, and Chardonnay are macerated for periods ranging from two weeks to five days, building complex notes of apple, pear, and quince, with a floral touch courtesy of Orange Muscat.
