Azul y Garanza is a based in Carcastillo, Navarra, Spain, and known for being committed to biodiversity and producing exceptional wines with a focus on the Garnacha grape variety. The wines are crafted from organic-certified, hand-picked Garnacha grapes sourced from ancient bush vines and challenging conditions in the arid Bardenas Reales desert. Vines are an average of 40 years old on clay-calcareous at 550 meters. The very poor and arid clay-calcareous soil, the dry weather and the big contrast of temperature between the day and the night provide grapes with high concentration and a perfect balance.

Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and aging takes place in clay amphoras and cement tanks, ensuring it's all about the fruit shining through in the wines. The wines are unfiltered and unfined and showcase the pure expression of Garnacha and the distinctive terroir of Carcastillo, Navarra, Spain.
