Durigutti Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva 2021

This is a robust, full-bodied, dark fruit wine, perfumed with essence of violet, lavender, blackcurrant, sweet basil and beeswax. The palate is dark, rich, and well-structured with integrated tannins, spicy earthiness and a nice finish. Hints of vanilla, clove and earth on the nose with plum, black currant and black raspberry flavors supported by good acidity. 

With 50% from La Consulta and another 50% from Luján de Cuyo, this Cabernet ages in French oak and combines pepper, smoked notes and black fruit. Harvested by hand, cold maceration, native fermentation in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation in used French barrels during 25 days. Aged for 12 months in the same French oak barrels and 3 more months in concrete containers. Unfined, unfiltered, certified vegan.
