Les Lunes Cosmic Blend is a cosmic adventure, with equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) and Zinfandel (30%), then 25% Merlot and 15% Syrah. A cheeky, natural reinterpretation of the classic Bordeaux blend, combining blackfruit, cherry, red currant notes with the touch of herbal and spicy flavors. Serve with a slight chill and enjoy its harmonious personality as complex as the cosmos itself.

The owners of Les Lunes Wine lease their own vineyards, work their own vines and built their own cellar. They're blazing their own trail like the pioneering winemakers of California. Their goal is to grow and make wines that pay respect to the great wines of California’s past.

They do very little in the cellar, because they spend time in the vineyards. Proper pruning, precise suckering, well-timed treatments and thoughtful weed management lets them minimize pesticide use, which allows them to preserve the indigenous microbes on the grapes and in the soils, which leads to healthier and more complex wines that don’t need adjusting or stabilizing.
