Pali Wine Company "Bluffs" Pinot Noir 2017

With strong floral aromas of rose, geranium and lavender and flavors of wild strawberry, ripe pomegranate, mission fig and star anise, this 100% Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley spent eight months in barrels, with 30% new French oak. Sizable tannins add to a feeling of full-bodied richness, highlighted by black tea, forest and clove. Only 405 cases produced.

Pali's "Bluffs" is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on premium vineyards in the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. The Russian River Valley AVA is highly acclaimed and internationally known for its wines that display opulent fruitiness, and its cool climate and coastal fog work together to produce distinct flavor profiles with a balanced layer of acidity.
