A fresh, earthy take on Malbec. Deep red color with violet hues. Blue-fruited and spicy, with a hint of gravelly minerality and nice acidity. Great body and structure. Deep in mouth, juicy, clean and varietally correct. Pleasant finish with notes of plum, cassis, cherries and graphite.

Santa Julia El Burro is an organic natural wine from Bodega Santa Julia, and reflects the winemakers' mission to develop wines in an organic and sustainable way, coexisting with the environment instead of attacking it. It represents the maximum expression of the variety and its surroundings.

As little human intervention as possible from the vineyard to its production. Natural yeasts used, no sulfites added, and bottled unfiltered.
