Santa Julia "El Cabrito" Natural Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Deep red color with violet hues. The nose is fruit focused, with notes of raspberry jam. In the mouth, fresh plums, cherries, blackberries, mulberries and stone. Full-bodied and flavorful with a mouthful of fresh but dusty tannins. Moderate acidity and a soft texture aid the flow of red fruit and grass through the pristine, solid finish. From organically grown grapes. No sulfites added. Vegan. 

Santa Julia El Cabrito is an organic natural wine from Bodega Santa Julia, and reflects the winemakers' mission to develop wines in an organic and sustainable way, coexisting with the environment instead of attacking it. It represents the maximum expression of the variety and its surroundings.

As little human intervention as possible from the vineyard to its production. Natural yeasts used, no sulfites added, and bottled unfiltered.
