Santa Julia "La Vaquita" Natural Clarete 2025

Santa Julia Natural La Vaquita Clarete is pale red with pink reflections. The aromas are fresh and fruity with a soft hint of floral notes. Juicy and bold on the palate, with fresh acidity.

This claret is a blend of 80% Malbec, 20% Torrontés, and the grapes are 100% organic and picked by hand. Classic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and co-fermentation of Malbec and Torrontés with indigenous yeasts, from the organic vineyards in Maipú.

Santa Julia La Vaquita is an organic natural wine from Bodega Santa Julia, and reflects the winemakers' mission to develop wines in an organic and sustainable way, coexisting with the environment instead of attacking it. It represents the maximum expression of the variety and its surroundings.

As little human intervention as possible from the vineyard to its production. Natural yeasts used, no sulfites added, and bottled unfiltered.
