Tenuta Demaio makes a Rosso (red) and Rosato (rosé) from Nero Di Troia, a hyper-local Puglian varietal. These Nero Di Troia wines are incredibly expressive. The rosato leans into the fruit and weight desired for the winter season, while the red was intended specifically to pair with authentic Italian food and expresses a rustic, briney olive note that leaves you wanting more. Fresh with notes of ripe cherry and black pepper. Full-bodied, fruity, with very silky tannins. Incredibly deep red. Velvety, surprising, savory.

Antonio Demaio produces according to biodynamic methods, certified organic, with no chemicals in the vineyard and minimal interventions in the cellar, wines which are authentic expressions of the territory. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel. No clarification or filtration.
