Field Recordings "Fiction" Rosé 2022

Field Recordings doesn't usually do Rosé, so this is a rare treat. Made from a blend of 72% Corvina, 18% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier from the Central Coast of California.

Very clear, pale pink. Sharp clementine nose. Light bodied. Dry, but not crazy. Strawberry, rose petal, rainbow sorbet, a hint of peach and bubble gum. Crisp and refreshing. This rosé is fruity and easy to drink. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, while the finish is smooth and light. Not too serious.
