A very pretty pale pink, slightly cloudy color. Aromas of brioche, kiwi, strawberry, watermelon Jolly Rancher and guava lead to the dry, lively, acid-driven palate. Notes of grapefruit, watermelon and strawberry Twizzlers. Pink grapefruit and watermelon notes linger on the finish. It's light on its feet but richly flavorful, showing an appealing sense of deftness -- everything you want in a fruit-forward style of rosé. Crisp, dry and refreshingly mineral. An intriguing sparkler.
