Tooth & Nail "Destinata" Rosé of Grenache 2022

The "Destinata" Rosé of Grenache enchants the nose with vibrant notes of cherry blossom, Jasmine, peach skin, strawberry, kiwi and cotton candy. There's an earthy tension to the palate, with chalk and river stone flavors giving depth to the watermelon core. Rounded textures expand with fresh flavors of grapefruit, lime rind and crushed gravel, while tangy acidity carries long into a quenching, citrusy finish. A bright, refreshing rosé with an underlying minerality and a uniquely soulful vibe.

This rosé is aged three months in neutral French oak followed by five months in concrete. 

"Destinata" is Tooth & Nail's family of small-batch, Nouveau-style wines, using native yeasts, minimal intervention winemaking and no additives. The vineyard is farmed following organic practices, including utilizing hand labor for weed abatement as an alternative to herbicides and deficit irrigation as a means to conserve water and heighten fruit quality. The winery donates 1% of profits to “1% for the Planet,” a global initiative to benefit the environment and help grow a better world.
