Temuta Musone "Via Condotto" Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi 2023

Straw yellow coloured wine with green highlights. The aroma is reminiscent of fresh flowers and white fleshed fruit. The flavour is subtle and lingering with a typical slightly sharp finish. 100% Verdicchio, aged 4/6 months in steel barrels.

Owned by the Darini family, the Cantina Cológnola – Tenuta Musone winery and estate is a heavenly place at about 360 metres above sea level. The particular micro-climate, together with the extremely calcareous nature of the soil, guarantees the production of fine wines unique in their typology and an excellent extra virgin olive oil.

The vineyards are entirely organic. Verdicchio reigns supreme, surrounding the winery with rows that extend for about 33 hectares and covering 85% of the total cultivated area, while the remaining 15% is dedicated to Montepulciano.
