Aromas of lemon, peach, and white flowers encourage sip after sip, revealing excellent minerality on the palate. Driven by aromatic notes of lemon, peach, elder, white flowers. This cuvee is a crisp and taut expression of Sauvignon from Languedoc. Well-balanced with nice minerality.

"Pas de Problème" is an informal French expression that can be used to shrug off an apology or potential problem, and this juice was made to answer the problem of finding a casual, affordable, highly drinkable French classic. This is a focused, taut, immensely drinkable Sauvignon Blanc sourced from the maritime-influenced vineyards around Béziers.

Pas de Problème wine originates from the Languedoc region's vineyards, nestled in the historic hill-town of Enserune, a mere 15 minutes southwest of Béziers. The soil in this area is reminiscent of the renowned terroirs of Burgundy, fostering ideal conditions for the vines to thrive, with a focus on achieving a harmonious balance and pronounced minerality. Situated 20 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, the vineyard benefits from both maritime and continental climates. The warm days promote perfect ripeness, while the cool nights retain the grapes' inherent freshness. The vineyard practices sustainable farming, eschewing the use of chemicals, herbicides and pesticides.

To ensure a rich concentration of flavors, yields are restricted to under 45 hectoliters per hectare. During harvest, the grapes are handpicked and gently placed into small crates to maintain their integrity until they are crushed. The winemaking process involves meticulous destemming and inspection to prevent any stems from entering the extraction phase, which could impart undesirable green notes to the wine. The grapes undergo a cold maceration for eight days, with periodic punch-downs to enhance the aromatic profile. Fermentation then commences naturally and unfolds over a fortnight. To preserve the wine's fruity essence and freshness, it is aged for nine months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled without fining or filtration.
