A highly aromatic wine with aromas of fruits such as peach, nectarine, white flower and herbal hints. Juicy and easy to drink, with a refreshing acidity. After manual de-stemming, grapes go into clay amphoras with their skins. A spontaneous fermentation occurs with wild yeasts. A biofilm of yeast develops, called "Flor" during the aging process in the amphora. Organically, biodynamically farmed.
