Kubacak Vineyards Grüner Veltliner fortified with brandy then infused with hawthorn fruit and leaves foraged in the Davis Mountains. Fennel seeds, lime leaves, bay leaves and rhubarb stalks added for about a month before straining out the solids. Sweetened with sugar cane syrup. Only 13 cases produced.
