An elegant, crystal-clear Assyrtiko with fine and lively acidity. On the nose, this Assyrtiko shows bergamot fruit, margarita, a slight zest of orange and elegant minerality. On the palate you get an enchanting interplay of lively acidity and salty minerality, and an herbal aftertaste. Subtle spicy touches such as pomelo (or frapa) and louiza also stand out. A unique wine originating from the Agia Triada vineyard.

The Apostolidis family began its winemaking journey in 1958, in the small village of Dialekto, making it one of the northernmost coastal wineries in the country. Now led by the third generation of the family, siblings Efthymios and Vasiliki recently returned to Greece after completing their viticultural and oenological studies in Germany. The siblings introduced changes such as the transition from organic farming to a religious implementation of full biodynamics in the vineyard and the winery, with a complete Demeter certification.
