Dirler-Cadé "Vairon" Orange 2021

This skin contact white from Alsace is a blend of 60% Muscat Ottonel & Muscat d'Alsace (pink and white) and 40% destemmed Gewürztraminer - all Grand Cru fruit. The wine spends 15 days macerating on the skins, giving it an orange color and medium body with a solid tannic structure. Muscat and Gewurztraminer create a lively, invigorating, sapid palate with a beautiful length, and a nose of rose, eucalyptus, and menthol. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with Thai green curry.
