Fast Friends "Matamata" New Zealand Hazy IPA

Fast Friends' house NZ hopped hazy IPA, designed specifically around some of their favorite hop varietals grown in New Zealand. They utilize a two-row pale malt base, some oats, and a touch of rye. Hopped solely with Freestyle Hops NZ grown cascade in the whirlpool. Then dry-hopped heavily towards the end of fermentation with Freestyle Hops; Nelson, Waimea, Peacharine, and some CGX Cryo Riwaka from Crosby Hops. These meticulously selected hops come together for an explosion of pineapple, citrus, dank grape, orange blossom. Matamata boasts an incredibly soft finish, lending to massive drinkability, a constant that they strive to achieve with all of their beers.
