Huber "Layla" Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White Wine

This non-alcoholic sparkling white wine from Austria is very animating thanks to a beautiful combination of minerality, lively acidity, fine perlage and sweet fruitiness. It has typical varietal aromas of lemon balm, tangerine peel, white flowers, clementine, pears and yellow apples. Fresh, clear and very balanced on the palate. Bone dry with tight structure. Zero alcohol, yet the structure and mouthfeel of a true wine.

Made from organically grown Gelber Muskateller grapes grown in deep loess soils, Layla is a stainless steel-fermended skin contact wine that's aged for a year before it's dealcoholized via reverse osmosis.

Hailing from Austria's Traisental Valley, Markus Huber's family-run vineyard is cultivated according to organic guidelines and is "Sustainable Austria" certified.
