This refreshing white blend tastes like straight up lemonade served with a hint of citrahops. It shares a flavor profile with a margarita: citrusy, refreshing, and salty. Lively aromas of ocean air mingle with a touch of lime zest for a libation that’s begging for sunshine and seaside vacations. Ripe summer melon mingles with a gentle Mediterranean breeze to transport you to far off destinations, while the textured mouth-feel brings you back down to earth.

A blend of 50% Colombard, 18% Vermentino, 12 Muscat blanc, 10% Roussanne and 10% Marsanne. The Muscat blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne co-ferment are grown at Cecchini Family Vineyard, located outside of Oakley, Contra Costa County (affectionately CoCo). The weather and soils of CoCo are reminiscent of the Mediterranean, with a hot land mass, super duper sandy soils, and a near constant cooling wind coming off of the very cold, salty waters of the Carquinez Strait. The resulting wines are full of summer flavors, slightly salty, and extremely drinkable.

Next in is Vermentino from Venturi Vineyard. The third and final component to arrive at the winery is our old-vine, dry-farmed Colombard (planted in 1948 by a six-year-old Tom Ricetti and his dad). Almost regal in its qualities, Colombard from Ricetti Vineyard will always bring depth, grace and elegance to any blend, and makes up a full half of the 2025 Post Flirtation white. 810 cases produced.

Few people have been more impactful on the modern natural wine movement in America than Martha Stoumen, a first generation winemaker who blazed a trail for natural wine in California in the early 2000s. After graduating from UCLA, she spent eight years apprenticing around the world, including a formative experience at COS in Sicily (hence her love for Nero D’Avola), all while wrapping up a masters degree at UC Davis. In 2014 she joined the team at Broc Cellars as assistant winemaker by day and launched Martha Stoumen Wines by night. She now has 23 harvests under her belt across six countries. The last decade has turned Martha from a pioneer to legend in the California wine scene and a mentor to many (See Rosalind Reynolds of Emme Wines).

Why the name? Early in Martha and her husband's courtship she invited him to join her at the winery, and when labeling tanks he misspelled "Post Filtration" as "Post Flirtation." The name stuck.
