Matassa Vin de France "Coume De L'Olla" Rouge 2023

Olla Rouge 2023 is a natural red wine made in the hot South of France with a red/white blend of regional grapes (70% Grenache Noir, 10% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeo), fermented in a semi-carbonic method, and left to macerate on the skins for 12 days before resting in conrete tanks for nine months. 

Olla Rouge 2023 features punky, high acidity that makes it very thirst-quenching, with volatile elements some will love more than others. Real energy. The white wine keeps it bright and fresh. Some red berries, a touch of Mediterranean herbs and flowers and just the right amount of wildness to make it exciting, but still easy and a lot of fun to drink.
