This wine presents a pale gold hue with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of white fruits, acacia and subtle aniseed notes. On the palate, it is rich and aromatic, with a mineral-driven finish and a touch of salinity. Delightful.

The Bouzereau family has been growing vines in Meursault for nine generations, dating back to the 18th century. The 18 hectares of vines are cultivated according to the principles of la "Lutte Raisonnée," or sustainable farming. The grapes are sourced from various parcels within the Côte de Beaune, which are managed with minimal intervention to allow the vines to develop naturally and healthily.

As with work in the vineyard, so too is with work in the cellar meticulous: all treatments and actions are carried out only if absolutely necessary. Philippe passionately believes in letting the wine express its terroir, through minimum intervention in the winery and a judicious use of oak. Throughout the vinification, he practices simplicity, observation and vigilance, using only natural yeasts and modest levels of new oak, refraining from batonnage completely. Matured on the fine less using modest levels of new oak, then transferred to stainless-steel tank. The resulting wines are rich, concentrated and showcase the terroir beautifully.
