Very intense and inviting nose, opens with notes of dried alpine herbs, spicy and exciting, then pear and hawthorn. On the palate solid, full mouthfeel, very juicy and with firm drive. Big flavor with florals and fruitness. Melons and peach, and a huge honey finish.

A blend of 50 Friulano, 25% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Pinot Blanc, this is the fourth most highly rated Rosazzo wine (based on critic scores).

Located in the town of Rosazzo near Manzano in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Ronco delle Betulle company was founded in 1967, thanks to the vision of Giovanbattista Adami, who bought seven hectares of land in this location particularly devoted to viticulture.

At the beginning of the 1980s, the reins of the company passed to Ivana Adami, daughter of the founder. Ivana's innovation was the decision to bottle all the wines that until then were sold in bulk, and to expand the size of the winery by purchasing new land. Today the winery has 12 hectares of vineyards, all located on the Rosazzo hill. The company's logo is based on a swarm of butterflies Ivana came across while walking in the vineyard. Ivana’s son Simone joined the company about 12 years ago, and with his mother, carries on his grandfather’s legacy.

Ronco delle Betulle has been certified organic since the 2019 vintage. Ronco delle Betulle is also the first winery in Friuli Venezia Giulia to have implemented a natural phytodepuration process, where all the processing waters of the cellar are filtered naturally and then used for irrigation.
