Serenissima Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC 2025

With a pleasant and delicate aroma, Serenissima Pinot Grigio is dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight after-taste of bitter almond. Lemon citrus notes of white flower and hints of green apple with a floral finish. It is well-bodied and harmonic, with good acidity and alcoholic degree. Very persistent on the palate and best drunk when young.

The hand-selected grapes went through a three-day whole maceration in steel vats. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into steel tanks where the fermentation is completed (after a first decanting stage). Later, the wine is filtered, decanted, and then bottled.
