Nero D’Avola, a red varietal, has its origins in Sicily but Unico Zelo’s version is not your mamma’s Nero. Sourced out of the Adelaide Hills, "Pipe Dream" is bursting with beautiful fruit purity in the  blue and red spectrum, with a core of vibrant dark raspberry fruit so engaging and utterly delicious that you have to keep coming back for more. One of the more interesting and smashable reds of the year. 

100% single-vinyard Nero d’Avola from the Adelaide Hills, vegan-friendly and produced with little intervention in the vineyard and winery.

Unico Zelo is a certified sustainable and vegan winery out of Australia that takes great pride in reforestation and acknowledging the First Nations people on which their winery resides. They also utilize a farming practice called Fukuoka, which was established in Japan and requires no machines or chemicals.
