"Truffle Hound" is Unico Zelo's approachable and jovial expression of Barbera & Nebbiolo, retaining the higher aromatics, herbal savouriness for its amaro-like refreshment. For those that favour meaty, gaminess over bright plum fruit, it's an exploration for umami-like refreshment. It presents with smoky, amaro-like liquorice and cardamom spice, and is given drive by a lively palate-weight with a bright yet savoury finish.

Unico Zelo is a certified sustainable and vegan winery out of Australia that takes great pride in reforestation and acknowledging the First Nations people on which their winery resides. They also utilize a farming practice called Fukuoka, which was established in Japan and requires no machines or chemicals.
